Purpose and Scope
The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works
• Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan
• Create 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in Revit/AutoCAD as relevant or required
• Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D models
• To develop documentation for submission to Authorities including BIM e-submission
• Archival of 3D models, prepare user handover and related documentation
• Drawing production from 3D models and administer 3D models/drawings distribution to relevant users in compliance with stipulated procedures
• Coordinate and liaise with project/construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical etc..)
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec from any discipline related to consultancy design and construction works.
• Experience in consultancy design and construction works.
• Knowledge and Skilled in using BIM tools for design / construction documentation.
• Able to use BIM tools to perform drawing and design work.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes. Passionate in BIM model creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D and Visual Mockups: Create detailed 2D/3D visual mockups and event proposals to bring concepts to life for clients.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in event design, animation, and video production, preferably within the events or experiential marketing industry.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), SketchUp, or other 3D modeling tools.
• Creative Vision: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design, animation, and video projects.
• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and animation techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
