• Supporting the Company's customers in the Mining, Retail, and Marine sectors
• Planning and coordinating forecasts with overhaul and rebuild programs
• Scheduling kitting orders with partnered freight forwarder

Person Specifications

• GCE A/O Levels or Nitec certification in industry related studies
• Experience with spare parts trade is a plus
• Knowledge of order processing using SAP is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and objectives
• Work closely with marketing teams to identify growth opportunities within key accounts
• Collaborate with key customers on promotions, planning, and executing strategies to drive mutual growth
• Prepare regular reports on account status, identifying risks or opportunities for account growth

Job Duties:

• Prepare the Statements of Account for customers
• Maintaining an AR phone line to ensure queries or concerns from customers are addressed promptly
• Follow up on all AR outstanding matters to reduce overdue AR payments via email, calls and WhatsApp messages
• Daily updates of the cash/cheques collected
• Performing checks on credit notes
• Performing checks on purchase invoices
• Participate in system implementation and improvement
• Visiting customers together with the sales team to forge relationships and address outstanding issues
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned

What you need to have/be:

• Educational background equivalent to GCE O Level or Diploma
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, both written and verbally, to address inquiries and resolve issues in English and Chinese as most of our customers are Chinese-speaking
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing financial transactions and maintaining records
• Proactive approach to addressing issues and finding solutions
• Strong knowledge of Excel

Role Objective:

Perform routine Accounts Payables and all other accounting duties for 4 business units.

Role Responsibilities:

· Perform 3 ways match of AP invoices.

· Accounts allocation for AP invoices.

· Enter AP invoices into Oracle System.

· Processing of payment to vendors.

· Monthly bank reconciliation.

· Update incoming receipts daily in excel receipts listing file.

· Preparation of audit schedules.

· Generate Sonobis Reports.

· Printing, generate and filing of AR Invoices.

· Preparation of inventories reports.

· Month end reporting and related financial tasks.

Role Requirement:

· Basic knowledge of bookkeeping is required.

· Minimum GCE O Level.

· Preferably with LCCI Bookkeeping Certificate.

· Minimum with one year of relevant experience.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit and proofread all marketing and communication collaterals
• Plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in related field
• Ideally from luxury/ membership/ marina/ private club/ hospitality industries
