Job Description

• Conduct QC checks and testing to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Checks inclusive of incoming raw material testing, in-process testing, finished goods testing, product shelf-life testing, sensory evaluation of products.
• Conduct daily in-process quality control (QC) inspections at production lines aligned with internal requirements.
• Perform other QC checks as required or ah-hoc tasks as assigned by QA/QC manager.
• Ensure related documents are in compliance with the requirement of FSSC, customer and Halal.

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology or science-related disciplines

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a strategic role in driving and optimizing the full spectrum of financial and IT operations in the Company.
