Project background

In collaboration with the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), Duke - NUS, the National Health Group (NHG), National University Health System (NUHS), and SingHealth, SEC runs a research program on "Future Health Technologies (FHT)". In this programme, multidisciplinary teams develop a future-oriented mobile digital health concept which combines scientific and technological innovations with clinical, industry and other stakeholder needs. It tackles care for the increasing number of patients suffering from chronic diseases, particularly diabetes, obesity and stroke. Leveraging on scalable digital technologies, the team aims to transform the healthcare system towards a community-based and patient-centric model along the continuum of care. Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Research Assistant (RA) to support our cutting-edge mHealth intervention project. This role is integral to the successful execution of an innovative study design using Sequential Multiple Assignment Randomized Trials (SMART) to evaluate the effectiveness of a holistic mHealth intervention. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gift Management and Administration
• Develop and manage policies and procedures for the Development Office.
• Oversee the department’s gift fund registry.
• Oversee all aspects of gift processing at the College.
• Ensure that all donors are thanked in a timely manner for their gift to the College.

• Manage the NUS College’s Giving email.

Major Gift Support

• Manage all back-end aspects of moving donors through the donor cycle.

• Track progress on key milestones of cultivation and stewardship plans.
• Provide support for all major and principal prospect / donor meetings - including preparation of administrative briefs, booking venues, set up and tear down.

Outreach Matters
