• Draft HR-related letters and maintain employee records.
• Organize company events, including team bonding activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant regulations.

Other Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and other office-related duties.
• Perform secretarial tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Undertake additional duties to support organizational goals.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in business administration, accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience in the Advertising/Events industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Familiarity with ERP systems, Xero, Just Login and Google.

Day to Day Activities
