Working Hours:

- Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.

- Manage sales transactions, process payments, and handle returns/exchanges.

- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.

- Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and organizing new stock.

- Set up and participate in store events or creative workshops for children.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

- Provide support with any administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Prior work experience in retail or customer service is a plus

Job Experience & Requirements

• Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of household personal assistant working experience.
• Well versed in Chinese word processing and familiar with device setting.
• Fit and proper handling of confidential information.
• Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Independent, meticulous and be self-initiated.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Be prepared for field work, overtime, working on weekends and flexible working hours may be required.
• Preferred to have a driving licence

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full sets of accounts
• Perform month end closing of accounts including monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly management reports and supporting schedules
• Assist in preparing the yearly budget
• Prepare quarterly GST reports
• Handle the statutory audit and caseload audits
• Review payments done by the AP Team
• Review of work processes within the department

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or relevant qualifications
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Able to work under pressure and meet predetermined deadlines
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess good organizational and analytical skills
