What you will be working on?

• Research into the administrative history changes of Ministries in Singapore
• Translate the research into relevant content for different audiences and formats e.g. updating write-up on Archives Online and inputting data into a workbook for representation in a knowledge graph
• Compile a list of resources and conduct literature review to provide an overview of the current state of knowledge on the subject

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Good knowledge of Singapore history and working knowledge of archival sources relating to Singapore.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Supply Chain
• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Responsible for picking and sorting goods accurately as per requests.
• Executing bin-to-bin transfers.
• Assist with inventory system, regular stock check, keeping accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
• Clearing and stacking empty pallets in designated areas.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

• At least one year of Warehousing experience.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Able to carry load (up to 25kg) and work OT when required.
• Experience in using SAP software is highly preferred.
