• 12 years+ of relevant experiences in building facilities management, project management and integrated fitting out works, experience in hotel industry would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication skills and good interpersonal skills are essential.
