QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Degree-holder with 4 - 8 years of experiences in life insurance companies
• Experience in product team is essential

• Strong knowledge about life insurance industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of English
• Project management experiences is an added advantage

Responsibilites and Duties

1. Process External Preventive Maintenance (EPM) document submission from Vendors.

• Process submissions in timely manner to meet within KPI.
• Verify test results, document accuracy and completeness, and complete Work Order (WO).
• Delegate technical follow ups to PM Lead Engineer.
• Refresh maintenance sticker on equipment after each PM, require going on-site to sight equipment.
• 
  

1. Site POC for association and disassociation of tags, and case escalation

• Responsible to support engineers on prompt association and disassociation of tags.
• Inform the engineers of any tags that need further investigation on the status.
• Monitor the progress of cases that the engineer has escalated to the vendor or Synapxe for additional follow up and resolution.

1. Conduct monthly compliance check on document accuracy

• Check for mandatory field inputs in Corrective Maintenance (CM) WO such as:
• Verify Date Reported field aligns with incident report date.
• Cause and Action code that aid in failure tracking and prevent missing data for equipment records.
• Proof of Delivery for completed WO.

1. Administration of information/communication and prepare meeting minutes

• Assist with minutes taking at GBME meetings including managing room booking and calendar invites.

1. Establishing vendor oversight procedures for equipment calibration and risk assessment during contract renewals

• Support Pillar to collate vendor calibration cert, vendor activity risk assessments during FY25/26 contract renewal.

• Track repository and request for vendor resubmission upon document expiry.
