Job Description:

• Log extraction from electronics products according to SOP
• Data input/uploading work into authorities management system
• Periodical check on authorities management system and summarize situation
• Preparation and compiling of reports before official submission to relevant agency
• Coordination work by email/phone with outside companies and authority, like submitting report, requesting password, etc.
• Packing work in case further investigation at overseas company is needed
• Handle any other related ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in electrical/electronics or at least 2 years’ experiences in electronics product repair work

Job Description:

• Enter details from processed SOAs & Closings PDFs onto an Excel spreadsheet.
• Update the worksheet numbers generated from the system onto the PDF SOAs & Closings.
• Sort and save the Excel spreadsheets and PDF SOAs/Closings in the designated folders.
• Perform any other data entry or filing related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative / clerical duties and support
• Filing, photocopying, scanning & faxing of documents, etc
• Manage admin duties such as data entry, email, preparing & issuing of invoices, etc
• Perform daily data entry (e.g. DO reception, etc) into ERP system
• Assist in the development of project budgets
• Assisting in monthly project cost control result closing
• Any ad-hoc duties, support and other general administrative works assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Minimally GCE ‘O’ levels or Diploma in any discipline
• No experience is welcomed, must be hardworking and willing to learn
• Meticulous, systematic, neat and organized
• Ability to handle data entry job, process requests timely and accurately
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
• Displays high level of flexibility and initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work in fast-paced environment

Job Scope

· Accounts Payable and Cash Planning

· Monthly intercompany reconciliations

· Expense accruals

· Inventory records

· Full set accounts of small subsidiaries

· Ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

· 2 years of relevant working experience preferred

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Working knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
