• Maintain Shop Cleanliness: Keep the shop and workshop areas clean and inviting to create a pleasant environment for customers and learners.
• Assist in Venue Setup: Prepare the venue for workshops, setting up necessary materials and ensuring the space is organized and conducive to learning.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, ensuring that all materials needed for workshops and retail operations are adequately stocked and organized.

Working Hours & Commitment:

• Full-time: 44 hours per week
• Shifts include weekends and public holidays.
• All staff are expected to commit to at least 1 year of employment to ensure continuity and service excellence

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, retail, or teaching/facilitation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A passion for education and helping others learn and grow.
