Inventory Management

• Review and update inventory level base on consumption on a regular basis
• Oversee storage conditions, expiry checks, audits and reporting of defects of drug products within the institutions
• Plan and ensure that cycle counts and stock take are conducted accurately and accordingly to the StandardbbOperating Procedures
• Sterile and Non-sterile Manufacturing (Laboratory & Cancer Centre Pharmacy)

Requirements

• Min Dip in Pharmaceutical Science (Clinical Track)
• Those with pharmacy tech exp will be an advantage
• Those without exp are welcome to apply

Job Scope:

• Handle front desk works including answering phone calls, registration of patients to the payment
• Provide Administrative support and scheduling appointments for patients
• Assist Doctors with minor procedure when required
• Maintain clinic's cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Follow up with patients as another mode of customer service, for their feedback and reviews.
• Assists with simple HR duties

Requirements:

• Min GCE O Levels / Diploma in any field
• Able to start work immeditaely or on short notice
