•Japanese : Business Level of Japanese language (equivalent to JLPT N1) is required for this position, as it involves frequent communication with other Japanese colleagues as well as our Japan Headquarter

•Business related Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including bank reconciliations for two (2) business entities
• Data entry for Accounts Payable and Receivables in ACCPAC
• Process payments to vendors and staff claims
• Perform month-end account closing
• Perform quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
• Assist in audit procedures
• Handle any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in handling full set of accounts
• Experience in accounting software, preferably ACCPAC
• Familiar with GST rules
• Meticulous, self-motivated, and positive attitude
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Good team player and able to work independently
