Job Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Taking charge on M&E QS related matters and responsible from tender to pre-contract, as well as post contract administration duties
• Evaluate and review of tender drawings for discrepancies, quantity take-offers, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or relevant field
• Knowledgeable in different type of Contracts (PSSOC, SIA, REDAS)

Duties:

Full spectrum of purchasing process; receiving requestions forms, sourcing quotations, issuing PO, co-ordinating delivery, reconciliation of DO and POs and liaising with accounts for payment.
