Job Description:

• To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments

• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival

• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them

• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance

Purpose of Job

This position is responsible to ensure financial standards compliance for all infrastructure-related investment and operating spend.

Central to it is to formulate investments forecasting and budgeting, and tracking of both investment and operating budget fulfilment, and to liaising with internal and external auditing and tax bodies. Expect to handle complex accounting transactions and conduct financial training, when required.

Key Accountabilities:

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all space projects and operations comply with the regulations, central accounting policies and industry standards across.

Reporting: Monitor and provide regular financial reports on existing financial position. To provide recommendations and suggestions to ensure the conservations of reserves and mitigation of immediate risks.

Business Partnering / Financial Planning: Consolidate mid-term recurring financial needs and secure the necessary block budget and propose any possible trade-offs for any variations to ensure meeting budget thresholds. Oversee and incorporate individual investments within overall financial plan.

Capital Planning / Financial Analysis: Support the overall space long-term planning goals with necessary financial information and analysis, including but not limited discounted cashflows, sensitivity analysis, return on investments.

Stakeholder Management & Implementation: Collaborate with project and facility team to understand specific needs, align on objectives and provide timely financial advice.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least 7 years of relevant experience in either financial management or / and equity management related fields
• Background in accounting or finance, or experience in financial planning in construction / facilities management industry would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of different capital investment financial models and ability to interpret investment concepts into different spend categories
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes within a fast-paced environment.
• A self-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability to multi-task.

Senior Office Executive/Assistant Office Manager

-Provide day-to-day support on HR and admin functions in CM Section

-Manage HR core functions (such as Performance Appraisal, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Safety & Compliance, Employee Benefits)

-Handle office admin matters, as well as contract and the billing related matters (AR & AP)

-Manage & support office events, handle supplier and other ad hoc job assigned

-Assist in new hire on-boarding matters, office email/G Suite account/laptop set-up, updating new hire basic personal info in HR system/staff list, preparing

-Assist on off-boarding process, formalizing resignation approval, terminating all company access, e.g. email/G Suite/SAP account, removing from staff list,

tax clearance matters for EP/SP holders resignation confirmation

applications.
