Job Scope:

• Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
• Observing and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Notifying the nurse or doctor about any changes in the resident's condition.
• Helping with mobility, transferring patients from bed to wheelchair, and providing comfort.
• Supporting residents during physical therapy or rehabilitation exercises.
• Maintaining accurate patient records for care plans, daily observations, and activities.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of residents’ rooms, beds, and surroundings.
• Providing emotional support and engaging residents in activities to promote mental well-being.
• Working closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Prior Healthcare Assistant experience preferred
• WSQ certificate in healthcare assisting preferred
