The program includes transitional roles in frontline positions (front desk executive or customer service consultant) and HQ roles focusing on procurement, inventory flow control, and resource deployment planning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute e-commerce strategies.
• Develop, manage, and optimize ads and social media content across various platforms in different languages, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat.
• Plan, execute, and manage Google SEM and SEO campaigns, including Youtube and various digital platforms, to incorporate Paid Media and Web Analytics.

• Expert in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch).
• Has general understanding of woo-commerce in terms of maintenance, launch, shop construction and admin system.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluent in both Eng and Chin, able to cater to English-speaking & PRC customers.
