• Support Teaching and Learning – Provides technical assistance to

teachers (if required) during lessons on issues related to projectors

or sound system in classrooms, lecture theatres, computer labs and

seminar rooms.

• Supports school Events – Prepares, sets up, positions, connects

and configures audio visual (AV) equipment for “live” audience

and/or smiltaneous broadcast to staff and students across the

school.

• Check supplier’s invoice & seek approval before process payment.
• Prepare payment voucher and issue cheques
• Accounting report/Financial Statements Preparation/Bank Reconciliation
• Account Payable/Accounts Receivable
• Data entry
• Managing Emails and Calls
• Keeping track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including invoices and purchase orders
• Assist with Employees Grants & Claims

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with Xero and MYOB would be advantage

Job Requirements

• Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer

• Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads

• Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc

• Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries

• Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements

• Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls

Requirements :

• Assist in the preparation of Ingredients and other basic cooking tasks as directed by the head chef or restaurant manager.
• Assist in monitoring and managing kitchen inventory, including restocking, supplies and informing the chef or manager when items are running low.
• Support the kitchen team during cooking processes, including monitoring cooking times, temperatures, and ensuring adherence to recipes.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and other relevant industry standards.
