• Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, filing, processing letters, and setting up videoconferencing equipment before appointments

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O level with 1 to 2 years of experiences in customer service or front desk roles, particularly in government or social service sectors, is advantageous
• Ability to communicate in English and be proficient in a second language and/or converse in dialects as the work requires interaction with a large number of clients from diverse background
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• A friendly and patient demeanor with a proven ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions, including those involving sensitive or complex issues

Seeking for a highly motivated legal secretary with litigation experience in law firms to support a litigation & dispute resolution department.

Job Scope:

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers such as preparation of bundles of court documents, updating and maintaining case files, including monitoring court timelines;
• Reviewing, reading and drafting of pleadings, applications and affidavits;

• Maintaining the lawyers’ calendars by recording and monitoring court appearance dates, pleadings and filing requirements and scheduling of meetings;
• Electronic filing of documents via e-litigation and general administration work including preparing court bundles;

• Other assigned duties on ad hoc basis

The Legal Secretary should have a good command of written and spoken English, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365, PDF editors and E-litigation. Proficiency and experience with legal management systems are advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
