• We are currently seeking a Sales ASSISTANT to join our team of vegetables
• trading.
• The Sales ASSISTANT will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our vegetables trading business.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting traders in managing orders, shipments, and inventory of vegetables
• Coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of vegetables
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales data
• Communicating with customers to ensure their orders are fulfilled to their satisfaction
• Performing other duties as assigned by the senior management

• Energetic and Multitasking
• Flexible to work on week ends and public holidays

We are looking to hire a number of full-time candidates for the 'Handicraft Workshop Assistant' role. The 'Assistant' is an important and integral member of the team with a range of interesting responsibilities and ample room to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Handles basic and intermediate handcrafting tasks as part of process of hand-making products, with mentorship and guidance
• When required as part of interaction with customers of the studio, provide and maintain excellent, professional, and personalized retail service to customers
• Retail shifts for some of the weekday evenings and/or weekends maybe needed from time to time
• Performs misc tasks to maintain daily operations of the studio
• Any other duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Able to commit full time of at least 44 hours a week
• Mimimum of 5 years of full time work experience in any industry is required
• Attention to details, and hardworking disposition is a must
• Minimum education level of polytechnic diploma in any discipline is required
• Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred
• No prior experience in handcrafting industry is required
