You are responsible for timeliness in processing of patient bills and claims, checking for bill accuracies and review completeness of patient documents for medical claims. In the course of your work, you will handle patient enquiries relating to bills, claims and payments. You will also provide administrative support to the department, be involved in Quality Improvement projects and End User System testing.

The Deputy General Manager (DyGM) also participates in establishing the direction of the Content Creation and Guest Experience Design with the Executive Creative Directors and Creative Brain Trust. DyGM’s responsibilities include supporting the formulation of the overall organizational strategy, team management and establishing guidelines/implementing SOPs to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. This role is crucial in helping to establish a strong foundation for the creative team to grow, create and collaborate.

DyGM’s duties and responsibilities

Global Planning

• Assist in the management of an effective and efficient creative management system of NEON Creative/Big Lab projects by implementing, refining, and improving the current SOPs and workflows.

• Constantly reviewing and improving work processes between all functions (creative, production, marketing, etc.) and regions (China, SG, US, etc.) to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and cross-functional efficiency between teams.

• Oversee all project timelines and task assignment of the creative team for all projects with the support of the Global Planning team.

• Oversee the department budget and ensuring all expenses are optimized.

• Assess, plan, and implement improvements to the presentation, capturing and archival of all IPs, for example 3D Visualization, Fly-through, etc.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders on various corporate functions:

• Finance team to ensure a smooth and seamless follow-up on finance processing.

• HR team on all resource matters - hiring, training, appraisals, etc.

• Legal team on NDAs, hiring contracts and any other legal matters.

• IT team to Identify and evaluate systems/softwares that can support and improve performance and efficiency for APAC & US

Stakeholder Engagement/ Creative Collaborators

• Manage a database of current and potential collaborators.

• Oversee the management and consolidation of NDAs/contracts for creative collaborators.

• Manage and follow-thru all internal (within NEON) and external collaborations/partnership.

Others

• Support the Creative Brain Trust in ad-hoc projects and initiatives

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in creative management, experiential design, theatre, exhibition design, set design, visual arts, performing arts, film, video gaming, exhibit, graphic design, environmental design, museum installation, product design or related field, highly desirable.

• 10 years+ of experience in managing or designing installations, exhibits, interventions, immersive theatre or immersive installations, or similar.

• Extensive experience in managing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)

• Possess a good understanding of the immersive entertainment space

• Ability to write creative briefs/ treatments/ content for new and existing projects.

• Understanding of creative ideation, design fabrication, prototyping, and production (good to have)

DESCRIPTION

This position reports to the CEO. Key aspects of the job include ensuring governance and compliance in the group, overseeing company legal/secretarial and shareholding framework which includes shareholders/board membership/AGMs. Build and maintain relationships with external parties, sets the legal framework for JV, MOU, NDA relationship as well as setting up branches overseas, acts as a focal point of contact for legal matters, advises on dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration and advisory on IPO and working knowledge of New York Stock Exchange requirements.

2.0 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Primary responsibilities included but not limited to the following job scope:

2.2 Legal Management

2.2.1 Overall single point responsibility for legal advice on multiple corporate issues. Management of external legal and claims services. Risk management on corporate documentation including for tenders and bids and corporate templates.

2.2.2 Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.

2.2.3 Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training, and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff.

2.2.4 Management of legal disputes, including relating to HR issues and FPSO contract with client representatives. Management of external lawyers on FPSO dispute

2.2.5 Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.

2.2.6 Review and draft internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.

2.2.7 Provide legal advice to other departments and overseeing internal compliance policies, due diligence.

2.3 Contract Management

2.3.1 Contract negotiations, including for external legal / financial (tax) / structuring services (Singapore, Angola, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, UAE - ongoing). Setting up and management of multiple HBA entities or jv partnerships in Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, UAE, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Congo.

2.3.2 Management of private equity investor contracts negotiation and finalisation. Drafting of restructuring documents - constitution of holding company, setting of employee trust scheme

2.3.3 Review all contracts and agreements or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management's attention.

2.3.4 Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.

2.3.5 Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.

2.3.6 Review non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understandings, memorandum of agreements, consortium agreements, cooperation agreements, joint venture agreements and shareholders' agreement.

2.4 Corporate Secretarial

2.4.1 Work closely with the company's appointed corporate secretary to ensure board related and secretarial requirements/records are maintained in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

2.4.2 Responsible to the quarterly and ad-hoc board meetings

2.4.3 Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the department for executive management meetings.

2.5.1 Supervises work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensuring quality standards. Is responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.

2.5.2 Fiscal responsibilities include planning, preparation, forecasting, maintaining, reconciling of budgets, expenses for the legal department.

Pay scale - $2300 - $2800 per month (Depends on working experience)

You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide basic and advanced cardiorespiratory support to patients. This includes administering care to patients in the intensive care units and general wards, initiating and titrating assisted ventilation, maintaining a range of ventilatory modes and ventilators, as well as performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation and providing support in airway procedures. In addition, you will provide patient education and counselling as well as basic maintenance and troubleshooting of respiratory equipment.
