Job Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Managing Director.
• Lead and oversee all sales activities, including team management, customer relations, and project management.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and meet P&L objectives.
• Collaborate with regional product/marketing teams to create marketing strategies for customer retention and acquisition.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the sales team to achieve business goals.
• Motivate employees and coordinate training and development initiatives.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor/ Master degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 5-10 years of business management experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial operations, analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence customers.
• Familiarity with business policies and regulations.
• Team-oriented with the capacity to work independently.
