1. Handling of materials for production manually or using aids like PIT (e.g.: forklift, power truck, and etc) and top up of material and packing of parts.
2. Perform as a relief Operator for a short duration as and when required.
3. Cleaning of equipment - conveyor belts, air nozzles, filter etc and remove/ change materials during code change when required.
4. Filling up report/ labels - recording of components numbers, batch numbers, discarding and recording of scrap.
5. Responsible to comply with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
6. Maintain good inventory control by ensuring all inventory transactions are transacted accurately and updated at all times.
7. Perform regular inventory counts, such as monthly cycle count, and annual physical count.

Qualifications/ Education:

• Primary/ Sec 2/ Sec 4 or equivalent

Skill Set and/or Experience:

• Primary education with experience
• Simple mathematics - addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
• Language proficiency: English
• PC knowledge
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/ Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is preferred
• Ability to operate material handling equipment eg. forklift, power truck is preferred

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities of the General Practitioner / Resident Family Physician include, but are not limited to the following:

• Perform professional consultation services at the clinic or via tele-consultation for patients of all age groups and demographic backgrounds
• Formulate appropriate diagnoses, investigations, treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications to patients based on their presenting complaints and relevant medical history
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, taking into account relevant biopsychosocial factors when doing so
• Advise and recommend patients appropriate health screening packages and provide meaningful actionable insights during review of their test results
• Perform minor surgical procedures such as toilet & suture, incision & drainage, etc. with due care taken to ensure aseptic technique
• Perform routine phlebotomy, intravenous cannulation as required and manage different types of wounds with appropriate dressing materials
• Order and review laboratory/imaging tests for patients as necessary
• Perform pre-employment screenings and various statutory medical checks
• Advise on and perform adult and/or childhood vaccinations as appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patients' consultations and care provided

Requirements

• Full Singapore Medical Council registration
• GDFM/FP preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in Family Medicine/A&E/General Practice
• Active MPS (or other provider) medical indemnity insurance required
• Must be comfortable working with patients of all ages and demographic backgrounds
• Possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills, good bedside manner and clinical acumen
• Stay up-to-date on current medical and MOH practices/regulations

Working Hours

• Provide an estimated 44 hours of work per week, providing consultation and other appropriate services to our patients
• Working hours are as follows: Mondays to Fridays – 8.00am to 12.30pm, 2.00pm to 5.30pm AND one weekend morning shift on Saturday OR Sunday – 8.00am to 12.30pm
