Promotion of compliance and provision of overall legal services for Mitsubishi Electric's group companies in Asia and Oceania

(1) Implementation of compliance measures (in particular, measures related to the prevention, detection, and recurrence prevention of acts of violation of competition laws, bribery, and misconduct)

(2) Assistance in concluding contracts (review and negotiation of drafts)

(3) Prevention and resolution of disputes and litigation

(4) Planning and conducting periodical training sessions on legal and compliance issues

(5) Support for corporate restructuring (establishment of new bases, joint ventures, capital investment, liquidation, etc.)

(6) Support for conducting internal audits by Mitsubishi Electric Headquarters and preparation of audit reports (in the areas of ethics and legal compliance)

Your Skills

(1) English and Japanese language skills is required for negotiations and coordination with Mitsubishi Electric and its group companies, and ability to write and understand business documents

(2) Expert legal knowledge, experience and actual results required to promote business development of group companies, and prevent and resolve problems

(3) Ability to coordinate with Mitsubishi Electric and its group companies necessary to carry out legal and compliance duties

Your Profile

(1) At least 10 years of practical experience in legal and compliance work and working in an electrical and electronics industry

(2) At least 5 years of experience as a senior manager or above

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Exercise timely instructions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather or emergencies at construction project sites.

1. KPI Management: Be accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for the promoters. Manage and support promoters in meeting their individual and team KPIs.

1. Lead and motivate customer services team - Coach, counsel, and train customer services

Management System.
