The Assistant Secretary General (ASG) of the Singapore National Paralympic Council (SNPC) holds a critical role in supporting the overall management and success of the organization. The ASG is responsible for a diverse range of accountabilities, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution of key initiatives.

Responsibilities / Activities

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

a. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives in alignment with the SNPC's mission and goals.

b. Collaborate with the Secretary General and other stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met.

General Administration:

a. Support the Secretary General in the day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the SNPC.

Coordination and Liaison:

Job Overview

Responsible for the timely preparation of the daily banking of cash, preparing the General Cashiers Summary and processing petty cash. Responsible for maintaining records and documents related to any payroll activities and provides prompt and accurate payment of staff. Financial Returns

• Daily banking involving the collection of banking envelopes from safes, and the opening, counting and balancing as a whole.
• Process petty cash as required and reconciled daily/weekly. Prepare weekly petty cash summary for reimbursement to float.
• Prepare over and under, balance monthly and present to Manager of Finance & Business Support.
• Issue and return house bank contracts as required and prepare house bank accounts summary on a monthly basis.
