Job Scope:

• Develop project timelines and set milestones
• Track tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage deadlines
• Allocate resources and ensure availability
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Monitor budget and expenses
• Assist with vendor sourcing and procurement

• Support team coordination and collaboration
• Compile final reports and assist with evaluations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, renovation, or construction
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Project Manager to manage the deployment of IT infrastructure for clients to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

• Interface with the client for project implementation;
• Conducting regular meetings;
• Lead project team members to ensure timely execution and delivery of projects;
• Track project by monitoring project costs and scheduling resources;
• Oversee quality and budget of projects to ensure they meet client expectations;
• Perform scoping for service augmentation and support presales activities.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a relevant discipline;
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar projects;
• Project management certifications would be an advantage;
• Experience in technical implementation of networks and servers;
• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools;
• Good communication skills including negotiation and influencing skills;
• Good customer relationship management skills.

Employment Details

• Yearly renewable contract, convertible to permanent;
• Required to travel locally to client’s sites.
