Job Description:

• Implement communication strategies for marketing campaigns at the centers, enhancing engagement across our social media and digital platforms.
• Primarily responsible for content on websites and social media channels including creating and writing copy for videos, visuals, and other multimedia content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design graphics for both digital and print media.
• Manage design projects from inception to completion, guaranteeing timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Assist in coordinating various events, such as conferences, webinars, and workshops.
• Support logistical aspects of events, including vendor coordination, attendee registration, catering, and equipment setup.
• Supervise event execution, including on-site coordination, speaker management, and post-event promotion.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Design or equivalent
• No experience is welcome to apply as training is provided
• Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Possess good writing and communication skills.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing user-friendly workflows and interfaces for applications developed on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Your expertise in user research and design will ensure that our products meet the needs of our client units.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Manager:

• Advise the Project Manager on all UI/UX-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines.

Design Solution Workflows and App Interfaces:

• Conduct user research in collaboration with the Business Analyst through focus group discussions and other methods, focusing on how different personas within client units will interact with the products.
• Generate proposed user workflows and product wireframes for client units to verify and approve.
• Collaborate with developers to design workflows and interfaces compatible with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Provide developers with prototype app interface layouts as reference for development.
• Continually test prototype apps at least twice a week, providing feedback on interface and usability to developers.

User Trial and Debugging Phase:

• Conduct usability tests with client units.
• Create an actionable list of feature backlogs for developers to enhance app design based on usability test results.

Deployment and Sustainment Phase:

• Advise developers on improvements to app design for future versions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial/Product Design, Communications and New Media, Interactive Media, Computer Science/Information Systems, Graphic Design/Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in designing web or mobile applications and software development projects.
• Certifications in UI/UX Design, such as Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification, Google UX Design Certificate, or Microsoft UX Design Professional Certificate, are beneficial but not required.
