Job Description:

We are looking for talented Graphic Designer (Marketing) to join our dynamic team at utu. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of design thinking and have experience translating marketing concepts into visually appealing design collaterals.

The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in working closely with our cross-functional

international team and stakeholders to create designs and products that will be the face of our company. He/she will ensure the quality and consistency of visual designs with utu's objectives and branding.

What You'll Do

· Work alongside marketing and partnership team to create visually compelling marketing materials, including but not limited to: branding design, digital and print advertisements, exhibition booth set-ups, EDMs, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentation decks, media kits, guidebooks, video / motion graphic design and promotional materials.

· Stay updated on design trends and industry's best practices to ensure the company's marketing materials are innovative and engaging.

· Assist in creating a cohesive and consistent visual identity of the company across various design touchpoints and help grow utu's social presence

· Provide creative input and contribute to other areas where design is necessary (website, app, gamification campaigns etc).

. Take charge of design direction and liaise with external agency (if required)

. Support visuals for web campaigns and product design

Preferred Experiences & Skills

· 4-6 years of education and/or experience in creative or related fields

· A keen eye for design aesthetics, and a good grasp of design principles.

· Proficient in design softwares e.g. Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premier-Pro, Canva etc.

· Knowledge of web design and/or photography will be an advantage

· Organised and attention to detail

· Team player who can work collaboratively and independently

· Possess growth mindset and eagerness to contribute ideas

. Working experience in an agency

· Ability to handle multiple design projects concurrently and keep to deadlines.

· Experience working in aviation or travel tech industries will be a bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
