JOB DESCRIPTION

As the designer, you will work closely with the creative director, to create amazing and experiential spaces that drive conversations and conversion. The candidate will have to develop crafted and engaging designs in a beautiful environment. Coming from brands/agencies, you will give shape to your outstanding ideas within the challenging, yet inspiring frame of corporate design.

MAIN DUTIES

• Responsible for creative excellence on projects from conceptualization to execution
• Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions
• Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development
• Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed
• Prepare and participate in client presentations
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to the final project completion
• Select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes.
• Attend site meetings, supervise sites, coordinates project progress, and ensure delivery of the project on schedule
• Remains up-to-date and knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing, and trends in order to generate creative directions that inspire and surprise customers with strong visual impressions

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• A Candidate must possess at least Certification/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in design/ shopper engagement, preferably in the APAC region is required for this position
• Professional knowledge in space planning and conceptual design
• Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology
• Creative mindset and knowledge of all phases of Interior Design projects
• Good team player with the ability to work both independently and team-based environment, with a good sense of urgency and time management to meet tight deadlines
• Positive working attitude, self-motivated & hardworking
• Able to share ideas through sketches & 3D modeling
• Presentation and persuasion skills
• Attention to details
• Fluency in English
• Required Skills(s): AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign knowledge is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Delegating and directing service tasks, monitoring the progress of current projects, and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met.
• Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.
• Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
• Proactive appointment planning for service visits.
• Helping to train new employees in company procedures and products.
• Establishing and maintaining good relationship with customers.
• Close cooperation with sales colleagues to create extremely good customer experience beyond customers’ expectatin the Successful Applicant.
• Bachelor or Engineer degree in mechanical/electronical engineering, or adjacent field.
• 5 or above years experience in construction cranes services industry.
• High level technical and analytical skills, problem solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design layout plans, assembly drawings, and technical specifications for equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Perform design modifications and create engineering change orders as needed.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to optimize system performance and manufacturability.
• Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records of design revisions and project updates.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and cost estimates.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 1 – 2 years of working experience utilizing AutoCAD
• Prior experience in Autodesk applications is advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• To liaise with internal and external parties on all Civil & Structural and Geotechnical & Tunnel design matters and advises the NSC’s PRPM/SPM/PM regularly

• To ensure that the design intent is translated to construction on site by means of correct drawings and specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant design management/coordination experience on projects similar in nature to the Works in the civil contract including design experience in geotechnical works for deep excavation foundation works for tunnel and/or viaduct/flyover project

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Candidates with strong relevant years of experience will be considered for senior roles

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop audiovisual (AV) systems for various projects, including commercial spaces, educational institutions, and entertainment venues.
• Create detailed AV system designs, including equipment selection, layout plans, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Ensure AV system designs meet industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform site visits to assess and verify project site conditions.
• Support project implementation by providing technical guidance and resolving design-related issues.
• Stay updated with emerging AV technologies and trends.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and cost estimates.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in AV system design and integration.
• Proficient in AV system design software, programming and tools.
