As part of the national HealthierSG initiative to transform the way healthcare is delivered, NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO) is setting up a Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to support the western population through phone calls, telemedicine and digital communication platforms to become healthier and take charge of own health.

You will be responsible to helm CareHub in line with CareHub’s service standards and key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community. The job scope would include referrals to community partners, facilitating community appointments, conducting outbound nudges to encourage participation in screening and vaccination to assisting residents and community partners with navigation of the healthcare landscape.

Staff Nurse II (NUHS@Home)

The NUHS@Home nurse provides nursing care to patients who require acute medical treatment but who are able to be cared for in their homes rather than in a hospital. The nurse works in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and their families on self-care techniques.

The NUHS@Home nurse is competent in performing care assessment and planning, and in the management of patients with identified care needs. S/He provides clinical supervision, precepts the junior nurses and contributes to NUHS@Home nursing training.

• Minimum 3 years' sales experience.
• Experience in skincare / beauty wellness / aesthetic will be advantageous.
• Ensure proper execution of planned sales and promotional activities in achieving sales deliveries.
• Engage in sales activities by exploring new markets and developing new accounts.
• Gather market and customers information and provide feedback on buying trends.
• Responsible for trade issues, complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Build and strengthen good rapport with customers with outstanding people skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with strong negotiations skills.

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma holder.
• With at least 3 years experience in the beauty / skincare / retail / salon industry.
• Proven track record of developing new businesses with winning attitude to achieve sales target and KPI.

• Team work amongst colleagues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
