As part of the national HealthierSG initiative to transform the way healthcare is delivered, NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO) is setting up a Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to support the western population through phone calls, telemedicine and digital communication platforms to become healthier and take charge of own health.

You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks will be instrumental in ensuring operation success. You will be instrumental in supporting the monitoring of CareHub’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that CareHub’s service standards are met to deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will also participate in the development, implementation and review of CareHub’s functions and initiatives, as well as be a knowledge champion to continuously support our call centre officers to obtain and maintain competency in managing resident and partners’ queries within KPIs and standards. Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Knowledge champion: Part of the first line which Call Centre Officers can approach for complex queries and clarification on CareHub’s workflows.
2. Curate and review knowledge based on cases and upcoming initiatives in a timely manner with proper documentation and tracking of when and which articles are due for review. This involves the creation, review and upload of articles to ensure a relevant knowledge management system to support the Call Centre Officers.
3. Support the training and refresher of CareHub team for new and existing staff. For example, being one of CareHub trainer to the creation and implementation of knowledge quizzes and competency refresher sessions.
4. Conduct audits on call and email cases to ensure standards are met with proper documentation and basic visualization charts to support high-level reporting to management.
5. Support in the identification of training and service gaps through analysis of call centre’s data and collaborate with team to implement initiatives to close gaps.
6. Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate complex IT incidents to the appropriate parties in accordance with workflow / protocol and follow-through till resolution.

9. Asset management which includes the update and maintenance of asset record on a regular basis.
10. Support procurement activities by researching and identifying potential suppliers. Your role will also involve maintaining inventory records and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
11. Play a vital role in the on-boarding process of new employees, handling administrative tasks such as coordinating paperwork, updating and coordination of the training plan and schedule, updating email distribution lists, setting up workstations, and providing necessary resources. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing off-boarding activities, including the collection of company assets, conducting exit interviews, and updating relevant records.
12. Collaborate with other departments to support the operations and administration of CareHub eg. work with the finance department to track and monitor budgetary expenditures.
13. Coordinate and schedule meetings which will involve the booking of rooms, arranging necessary equipment, and ensuring all logistical aspects are well-organized.

Overview

The incumbent be responsible to operationalise engagement and operational strategies in support of MOH Healthier SG /Age WELL SG and play a role in the crisis response team.

Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. The appointment holder will also support data governance and protection in RHSO.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

1. Digital engagement with HSG CRM

· Establish a digital strategy for the residents in NUHS cluster using HSG CRM

Key Responsibilities

This is a direct client-facing role.

You will ensure the smooth running of our daily programs and promote residents’ quality of life through program co-ordination and support services to help the residents in their daily living. You will have opportunity to interact with stakeholders such as residents, suppliers, external agencies and volunteers etc.

1. Job Purpose
The supervisor is required to perform the portering duties of transporting/escorting patients, and dispatching of documents, specimens, medications, blood and mortuary cases. Supervisor is also responsible for managing porters timesheets and leave forms, asset inventory and portering system.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

2.1 Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

2.1.1 Transport/escort the correct patient (identify through Name and NRIC#) via wheelchairs or trolley as per the standard operating procedure set by the department.
2.1.2 Ensure patient safety and care are provided throughout the course of duty.
2.1.3 Collect and dispatch documents, specimens, medications and blood.
2.1.4 Ensure standard of hygiene set by infection control are met.

Overview and purpose of the position

Work closely with service leads and business stakeholders to identify roadmap of information technology (IT) solutions and enhancements. The individual will be responsible in one of the specialties: technical support to Radiography Information System (RIS) or Laboratory Information system (EPIC Beaker) in meeting business requirements. Staff with a keen aptitude in healthcare IT will be considered and appropriate training will be provided.

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with Reporting Officer in the approval, acquisition and implementation of IT projects.
• Resolve project issues, working with vendors and key stakeholders as required, to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects
• Oversee the planning, directing, supervising, monitoring and coordinating of vendor and department operations, including assigning work activities, projects, evaluate work processes and procedures, preparing correspondences e.g. general and special reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, design, develop and implement IT application features and enhancements, ensuring that system capabilities and process requirements are aligned
• Ensure that the business-as-usual and in-scope IT systems are performing optimally, meeting SLAs and requirements of user stakeholders

Qualification Required and Area of Discipline

• Assist to plan and drive Critical / Strategic operations at HQ.

Patient Service Associates (PSA) provide frontline counter services to patients. PSA is to assist patients by checking patient’s service/order requirement, managing patient queues, handle basic enquiries (e.g. appointment booking) and to provide administrative support to medical technologists and radiographers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reception of all appointment and walk-in patients at the Diagnostics counters
• Ensure 2 patients’ identifiers (NRIC & Name) are verified for all patients when handling patient registration electronically (i.e. EPIC, LIS, RIS, POS, BSS.) and verifying tests ordered by doctors.
• Accurate appointment scheduling / booking and registration for eligible mammogram patients via Breast Screen Singapore (BSS) portal
• Registration of mammogram patients are done accurately via BSS portal, including updating of patient particulars such as mailing address and contact number.
• Relevant instructions are communicated effectively to patients prior to their procedures/tests, chaperon patients to changing or counselling room where applicable.
• Handle enquiries and provide prompt and courteous service delivery to internal and external customers.
• Responsible for payment collection when assigned to cashier duties and ensure tally of end-of day sales with cash settlement and other transaction records.
• Ensure Medisave Authorization Forms (MAF) are filled in accurately with patients’ endorsement and approval, and all Medisave transactions are captured accurately in EASIPOS
• Accurate application of promotions and discount vouchers appropriately and to validate its utilization via EASIPOS
• Support administrative function to centre in-charge including but not limited to dispatching of lab and x-ray reports, proper record and documentation of courier services.
