Senior Executive, NUHS Command Centre, Group Care Plan Operations

Overview and purpose of the position

Senior Executive, NUHS Command Centre will assist in the NUHS Command Centre operations in both peacetime and non-peacetime. The incumbent will partner the NUHS hospitals’ operations and command centre teams to ensure the smooth operational flow within the NUHS hospitals. Additionally, the incumbent will be expected to support scenario and preparation planning for community outbreaks/ pandemics and stand up to support External Crisis Operations, when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the running of the day-to-day operations of NUHS Command Centre
• Monitor NUHS hospitals' inflow, inflight and outflow situation
• Conduct trend analysis based on past data to derive predicted future trending of hospital flow
• Preparation and dissemination of operations staff aids and reports, as and when needed
• Facilitate meeting set up and running, as and when needed
• To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on tasking orders, resource planning, mission analysis, disseminating response and activation plans, support in logistics coordination, forecast of key events, etc
• Assist in the running of the day-to-day operations of NUHS External Crisis Operations Command Centre during activation
• Assist the team in the conduct of regular table top and training exercises as part of NUHS External Crisis response readiness
• Monitor and track status of external operations, when required.

Job Requirements

• Basic degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in administration or project management.
• Healthcare operational experience will be an added advantage, although not necessary.
• Experienced in operations and emergency planning.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in a complex environment and adaptive to changing roles and priorities.
• Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Senior / Customer Service Associate, Group Contact Centre

As part of Group Contact Centre, the Senior / Customer Service Associate's key role is to provide Contact Centre services, such as handling of general enquiries, appointment scheduling requests, to patients and the public. You are expected to work in a fast-paced environment and be challenged with navigating complex healthcare needs. Reporting to the Institution Lead, Group Contact Centre, you will:

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to callers by understanding caller's needs
• Provide timely, accurate and appropriate information and assistance to address caller's enquiries
• Book or reschedule appointments based on caller's request
• Handle any other hotline administrative functions such as handling of emails, referral requests and emergency activation
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments in the institutions to ensure requests are followed up and resolved

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
• Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience in healthcare industry, contact centre environment and/or service related industry
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Mother Tongue
• Able to read and write fluently in English

· Identify the needs of prospects and extend professional advice and solutions to them.

· Engage and establish relationships with prospects from the daily-assigned pool of leads.

· Conduct sales pitch to prospects and convert them into long-term clients.

· Capture mindshare and build market presence in the Postpartum industry.

· Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.

· Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly.

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales and operations of aesthetics medical spa business
• Achieve personal and outlet sales targets consistently
• Identify, recommend and promote appropriate face, hair removal and body aesthetic treatments
• Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities, handle social media/phone enquries
• Build customers relationships into long-term clients
• Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
• Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
• Analyse, maintain and develop standard operating procedures
• Handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management
• Build and motivate the operations team to boost sales performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (in order to handle Mandarin speaking customers.)
• Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the aesthetics industry and experience in outlet management preferably in a medi-spa environment
• Prior experience in aesthetics treatments such as lasers, hifu, radiofrequency, fat freezing, emsculpt, hair removal etc
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
• Results driven and service oriented with proven sales track record.
• Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques
• Willing to work 5.5 days (6 off days per month)

Associate Studio Manager

• Basic Salary: $1,800 – $2,500 + Commission Pay (Gross $5k -10k)
• Working Days: 6 days
• Working hours: 1pm – 9pm (Mon-Fri) 9am-5pm (Sat & Sun)

Job Description

• Leads, address questions about the classes and book an appropriate trial class for Prospects after understanding his/her needs/goals.
• Let prospect have a positive experience and explain the various packages and try to close the sales.
• Follow up with the members after closing to ensure that he/she attends the classes regularly, attend to feedback and provide continuous customer services.
• Maintain the studio in good condition with the support of the cleaning team and Customer Service Officer.
• Manage whole studio’s performance in accordance with goals.
