Work Location : Beauty World MRT/ King Albert Park MRT

Work Hours: Monday to Fridays: n7.30am to 12.00pm or 1 pm to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

(a) Administrative and office printing work including operation of office equipment such as printer and other office equipment, filing of document such as report book / student PDF records etc.

(b) General cleaning of general office, sick bay and printing room.

(c) Preparation of art materials for art lessons and cleaning of art materials and art rooms.

(d) Attending to pupil in sick-bay and front desk as well as supporting school events/acvities.

(e) Ad-hoc duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principal or Administration Manager.

Job Requirement

1) PSLE

2) Minimum 1 year working experience preferably in primary school office administration.
