Job Description

• Support in content creation, E-modules translation & upload
• Upload of weekly content, positing etc. on internal platform.
• Generate dashboard, statistics, learning performance reports.
• Liaise with Retail & Education Manager and team to align private learning club visuals into contents.
• Work closely with retail & education colleagues on coordination of training department activities and information preparation
• Provide day-to-day administrative support and coordination of training activities of field personnel.
• Manage and deliver training activities, co-develop, or adapt training contents align with retail and education objectives.
• Support vendor sourcing, quotation preparation, and coordinate all related arrangements.
• Create all POs for the event on the system, follow through the whole payment process with vendor/ finance.
• Update budget file per Purchase Order creation to maintain up-todate spending vs budget.
• Liaise with vendors and work closely with commercial and Retail & Education teams to support on-time activities & events.
• Support data collection and provide monthly data/reports.

- Provide support services to our Accounts Dept for update of Accounts Receivable (AR) includes checking all outlets sales invoice, payment etc…

- Monthly Stock Take of HQ products

- Assist in stock preparation for all outlets

- Assist On Product Packaging

- Calculation Of Commission To outlets (E-Commerce, Lazada, Qoo10)

- Internal billing to related parties (Fave)

- Performing ad hoc duties and supporting role to Accounts, Operations Manager and Management

Job Description

• Handle customers’ enquiries (not limited to phone calls, email, live chat, instant messaging)
• Manage protocols (such as fire & emergency messages)
• Liaise with other department enquiries and requests
• Manage customers’ feedback
• Make accurate data entry to the CRM System and maintain records.
• Participate in trainings, tests and audits when required.

Pay Package

• Salary: Up to $2800*
• Yearly performance bonus: Up to 1 month of salary

Patient Service Associate: Salary $2,300 (Include transport and work shift allowances)
Min GCE ‘N’/‘O’ levels with pass in English, with one (1) consecutive year of contact centre and/or healthcare experience.

Senior Patient Service Associate: Salary $2,800 (Include transport and work shift allowances)
Min GCE ‘N’/‘O’ levels with pass in English, with two (2) consecutive years of contact centre and/or healthcare experience OR Min GCE ‘A’ levels or Diploma, with one (1) consecutive year of contact centre and/or healthcare experience

Working hours (Shift and rostered

• Able to work in any of the following shift: AM – 7:30AM to 5:00PM, MID - 9:00AM to 6.30PM PM – 12:30PM to 10PM, Shift shall be rostered. - With 1 hour of meal time
• 5 day work week, inclusive of 1 weekend work day
