Role & Responsibilities

l Maintain a professional image and conduct befitting of fitness professional.

l Provide professional exercise recommendations and arrangement to Owner.

l Proficient in the use and demonstration of gym equipment

l Demonstrate exercise to owner and his professional.

l Provide feedback to Owner on exercise techniques and fitness routines.

l Design and administer appropriate programs tailored to the Owner’s needs and goals.

l Achieve monthly fitness sales and service KPIs/targets.

l Partake in other ad-hoc tasks if necessary

Job Requirements:

· At least 2 years Fitness coaching/ Personal Training experience.

· Holding recognized personal training qualification (ACE, FITSAF, FIC, BEC etc.) preferred but not a must.

· Relevant Personal Training Certification preferred, if not, candidate needs to be willing to get certified.

· Possess strong knowledge of fitness training, diet plans, usage of gym equipment and bodyweight training

· Good communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal in English)

· Passionate about changing lives and motivate others on their fitness journey

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

· Able to work both independently with minimum guidance and effectively as part of a team

· Past achievements or leadership positions in Sports/ Fitness is a bonus!

· Able to commit to shift hours (including weekends).

· With qualified driver license is a plus

· Willing to travel.

· Able to start work within short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Support on Monthly Category-specific analysis to help keep track of business performance, key learnings and recommendations: Monthly Category Performance presentation, Monthly merchandising highlights, Category Natures overview.
• Support the team to deliver the half year major projects: bi-annual pricing review, bi-annual market week review with exclusive brands and key selective brands.
• Support exclusive brand management to help drive sales and maintain exclusive brand market shares: Assist in brand operation matters and drive tactical promotions.
• Work on key skincare and haircare category analysis projects for category managers to further analyse and strategies
• Productivity improvement project - quarterly deep dive analysis into sub-category (i.e. nature). Insights sharing with Country category teams to improve assortment selection.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in business or other related fields
• No experience is required, but prior internship experience in similar roles is preferred
• Quick learner

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) in data gathering, managing, monitoring and analysis for the projects from construction, Commissioning and operation.
• Creative content development, includes designing of proposals HSSE communications. Creation of templates to facilitate the teams in their submission of data and HSSE information.
• Support in the development of HSSE management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures.
• Interface with entities HSSE professionals & provide support and improve HSSE performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications.
• Plan and organize HSSE related activities or events to promote and educate staff on good safety culture and good work practices.
• Support Develop in house training material/video, organise and maintain records.
• Prepare or review publication materials for clear HSE matters communication with Engie staff and contractor partners workforce.
• Website and Analytics. Maintain corporate HSSE Quality website’s content for the region while ensuring that all contents are accurate and up to date.
• Develop the HSE Communications by working through HSSE teams with research and presentation activities as and when required.
• Analyse industry HSE trends to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Conduct EHS inspection when necessary.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Occupational Safety/Health or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in construction and/or manufacturing industry
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Creative thinker with good design sense, strong visualization skills and good portfolio in multimedia design.
• Proficient in Adobe Cloud and other multimedia design tools, MS Office, particularly advanced levels in Word and PowerPoint
• Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator qualified Adv Workplace Safety and Health Certificate is an advantage
• Obtained other WSH qualification like Work At height Manager, Confined Space Assessor, WSH Risk Management qualification is an advantage

- Assist in conducting daily tool box meeting

- Conduct daily checks on validity of work passes of all workers on site

• Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the shop facilities, Treatment rooms and other parts of the shop.
• Keep service records.
• Perform foot reflexology treatments following the established protocols, and allotted treatment times.
• Explain foot reflexology, treatments, and therapies to guests and provide suitable recommendations as needed.
• Able to work on public holidays
• Able to work 6 days a week
