• Responsible for educating a team of beauty therapists with skin care facial treatments knowledge and hands-on skills
• Develop training materials, SOPs, class presentations and training programmes
• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions, demonstrating the different facial treatment techniques
• Provide orientation training to new therapists
• Conduct follow-ups after orientation to ensure new therapists meet the required standards
• Conduct in-shop training as and when required
• Evaluate and provide feedback on therapist's performance
• Provide guidance when therapist faces learning / performance difficulties
• Be equipped with updated knowledge of spa facial techniques

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years training experience in facial/spa industry preferred
• Hands-on experience in facial/spa required

• Fluent in both English & Mandarin as training sessions will be conducted in both languages
