Responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

• Lead on the driving the sales and training process – including systems, processes, KPIs and internal challenges and incentives.
• Review of monthly sales plans. Daily review of sales performance and providing support and intervention as required
• Weekly and Monthly reporting of sales and leaver performance
• Working with Stakeholders, Club Manager and Marketing Team , monthly review of the effectiveness of campaigns and future planning
• Development and execution of a central corporate sales plan and local activity.
• Ensure the sales system is configured with all agreed products and promotions.
• Lead on the development of processes to manage debtors and prepaid renewals and ensure all are closed off monthly more effectively.
• Provide ideas and recommendations to the management team to improve the experience of our members with a view to improving their length of stay.
