Health Systems, Policy and Governance examines national and international health systems and policies from a governance perspective. Students will be exposed to healthcare governance frameworks and to applications in the Australian and health countries' systems and policy. Students will examine the principles of healthcare organisations, institutions, and policy design and development in a comparative perspective, and will discuss recent healthcare reform efforts in developed and developing countries. Historical, political, economic and stakeholders' influence on current and emerging health reforms and policy will be analysed to enable students to recognise and design best practices.

OPPORTUNITY

The Program Director, Client Health, will play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of our new client health program in their assigned region (Americas, EMEA, APAC). Responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Health & Safety for all the employees in Tuas. The person will also be responsible for the Administration of the Offices in Tuas. Will be the Point of Contact for all our employees in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR activities Biz. Recruitment, On-boarding, Training, Compensation, Employee Grievances and Benefits for BCWs in Tuas as and when there is a need.

• Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining meticulous records.

• Admin activities such as ordering stationery, pantries, name card creation and others.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of BCWs’ employee database & Management of the TMS – through the HR Infotech & provide accurate details for Salary Processing.

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company's security system, transportation operations, townhall & CSR activities.

• Support the management in overseeing the Health & Safety aspects of the work environment.

• Drive, coordinate and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives.

• Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions to ensure safety compliance.

• Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports regularly.

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements

Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role.

• No prior experience in Human Resources is required – on the job training will be provided.

• Experience managing Blue Collared workmen - right from hiring, retaining & managing the expectations of the employees would be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Familiar with the local labour, health and safety legislation.
