• To achieve personal sales target, sales per transaction and units per transaction
• To maximise link sales and cross selling
• To provide good customer service to all customers in accordance to D.I.O.R
• To build good relationship with customers and department store staff
• To be attentive during daily brief and to contribute to the counter under Counter Head's guidance

Merchandising Checklist:

• To ensure counter is checked on a daily basis and is as per Dior's merchandising standards
• To ensure counter reflects at all times the current merchandising guidelines
• To ensure that counter, testers and stocks are kept clean and tidy at all times
• To adhere to daily planning by Counter Manager or Counter Head

Team Player:

• To undertake specific tasks as given by the Counter Manager, Retail Manager and / or Area Manager
• To work closely with Retail Manager and / or Area Manager if the counter does not have a Counter Manager
• Communicate and support each other to achieve set objectives

Good Product Knowledge:

• To give precise information and communicate features and benefits to all customers

Administrative:

• To assist Counter Manager in paperwork and ordering of stocks

Role Overview:

This role is Mid level, where Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving the expansion and influence of the organization by engaging with brokers and account managers to promote advanced health insurance products. This strategic role is central to achieving key growth targets and elevating the customer experience within the health insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with brokers and key account managers to optimize product distribution and market impact.
• Articulate and champion the benefits of innovative health insurance solutions, emphasizing their tailored design and economic advantages.
• Implement sophisticated communication strategies to align with broker needs and enhance overall client engagement.
• Uphold exemplary standards of transparency and accountability in all interactions, setting a benchmark for ethical conduct in the industry.
• Monitor and adapt to industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure strategic agility and compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for advanced business qualifications.
• Over 10 years of robust experience in sales or business development, with a significant focus on the insurance sector.
• Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain substantial professional relationships, evidenced by a strong track record of successful account management.
• Extensive knowledge of the health insurance market dynamics and regulatory environment in Asia.
• A steadfast commitment to ethical practices and a client-centered approach in all business transactions.
