• Customer Engagement: Address inquiries and concerns from parents promptly, delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Drive enrollment and participation by implementing targeted sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Facility Oversight: Maintain safe, clean, and well-equipped facilities conducive to learning and play.
• Resource Management: Plan class schedules, allocate manpower, and manage budgets effectively.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all operations align with regulatory guidelines and the company’s values.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations management role, preferably in education or enrichment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Passion for working with children and understanding their development needs.
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Working Hours

• 6-day work week (Weekends included):Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  Weekends: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  1-hour lunch break daily.
