Responsibilities

• Being an ambassador of Company.
• Perform facial treatment services according to standards set by the company, training provided.
• Assess client’s needs and provide professional advice.
• Recommend, educate, and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
• Always ensure the client’s satisfaction and comfort.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness & neatness of workstations.
• Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies.
• Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments, and maintaining accuracy in customers’ treatment logs and customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirement

• Possess CIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC qualification or other Beauty Certificates
• Minimum one year of experience in beauty therapy

Job Requirements:

Min 10 years experience in Singapore

Job Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese

Experience in customer service and sales strongly preferred

Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays

Those who can communicate in Chinese and English are preferred

Minimum qualification level

Preferably minimum 5 years of relevant experience

TCM related Diploma / Degree (or Medicine)/ Tuina/ Massage qualifications from ITEC/ NITEC/ WSQ/ CIBTAC

Applicants with 5 years and above of relevant work experience

Possess relevant massage certificates such as Singapore Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (ITEC/NITEC/ WSQ/ CIBTAC)
