Optimizing the performance of health systems is essential to ensuring the wellbeing and longevity of populations worldwide. Singapore is particularly well placed to lead research in this field as its health system has been consistently ranked as one of the best in the world based in independent evaluation with the Global Burden of Disease data. The Role

• Support the pharmacist in the daily operational execution of the pharmacy to ensure that it operates smoothly
• Ensure Preparation of prescription and pharmacy-only medications based on prescription are accurate and efficient and to minimize dispensing error
• Control and monitor dispensing stock, OTC, Surgical and Health Supplements to ensure optimal stock and minimal stock wastage due to the expiry of drugs
• Conduct investigation for stock discrepancies
• Provide good customer service to customers so that their needs are met and sales are closed

• Appointed as the Local Site SHE & Security Responsible. Assist site management in ensuring compliance to dsm-firmenich SHE and Security standards, and local laws and regulations, whichever, is higher.

• Diploma qualification in WSH Workplace Safety and Health and/or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of SHE experience relevant knowledge/experience in Safety, Health and Environment management in Pharmaceutical, Food production or relevant industries.

• Assist in the implementation of the Integrated Management System for QEHS.
