What you will do

Responsible for driving claims management initiatives and impact between client insurer and hospital providers.

How you would make a difference

· identify highest areas of claims management opportunities in provider space

· design initiatives or agreements needed to capture impact

· work on the ground with client provider management team to implement these

· define reporting analytics needed to track value and impact of provider change

· create a path to value driven funding models with client team

· identify operational gaps and solutions for implementation of new provider changes that can help capture savings impact

What you need to be successful

· Bachelor or master’s degree

· Clinical background as a practicing doctor is highly valued

· At least 7-10 years of healthcare domain experience in fields such as health insurance, healthcare consulting, or hospital management roles ideally in Singapore or Asia markets such as Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines or Hong Kong. We remain open to global experience if very relevant.
