Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal training is preferred.

The Role of Vigeo's Personal Trainer:

• Guide students how to train effectively: Passionately coach and motivate students in a safe and highly engaging fitness environment, utilizing our unique Vigeo personal trainer system.
• Coach in a small group setting: Lead small group training sessions (up to 4 clients) in a safe and engaging environment, ensuring proper exercise technique and client safety.
• Foster a positive atmosphere and experience by motivating and inspiring clients to achieve their full potential by providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Help coach each students beyond the gym by offering guidance and support through regular check-ins on their daily exercise, nutrition and habits.

Pay: $3,000 per month with annual increase

Schedule: 5.5 days work week

Role Summary:

The Head of Strategy & Portfolio will be responsible for leading strategic planning processes, overseeing the company’s project portfolio, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This position plays a crucial role to support the CEO in leading the PMO team, driving the company's growth strategy, optimizing the project portfolio, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans in alignment with the Rxilient’s objectives and strategic vision.
• Analyze pharmaceutical market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
• Facilitate strategic discussions and stakeholders’ meetings to foster strategic alignment across cross departments.

Portfolio Management:

• Oversee the management of Rxilient’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain a robust project portfolio management framework, including processes for project selection, prioritization, and performance tracking.
• Oversee special projects as tasked to PMO team, ensuring timely execution and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between PMO team, senior leaderships and business units.

Alliance Management:

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances that align with Rxilient’s strategic goals and market expansion plans.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Degree, MBA, PhD, or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, portfolio management preferable within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

Description:

• Supervise the safe execution of the works and maintain excellent site safety and housekeeping records;
• Check all relevant drawings and method statements to ensure that works are planned and carried out with compliance to safety regulations as stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower;
• Be part of the project's Safety Management Committee to review Contractor’s safety policies and procedures;
• Work with CAG and Contractor to review the risk assessment during each phase of construction and present them to CAG’s Safety Action Group to ensure that measures to be taken in the approved risk assessment are implemented on site;
• Conduct investigation on all safety infringement or accident on site and prepare safety reports;
• Ensure that all site excavation and hot works are executed with approved permits and full-time supervision. To be familiar with the Airport Operational and Safety (AOS) Requirements and ensure contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site;
• Be the key person representing CAG in handling all safety and housekeeping issues;
• Advise CAG on the contractor’s emergency response plan and ensure that the plan is exercised in accordance to approved response plan;
• Assist CAG on the safe mitigation of risk compiled by the contractors for their works;
• Assist CAG to inspect the worksite for safety infringement according to WSH Act and AOS;
• Assist CAG to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector borne or foodborne diseases on the construction site;
• Assist CAG to inspect the contractor’s work site on the environmental and health aspects;
• Attend E&D Safety Working Committee Meeting (SWC) to be updated on the latest safety occurrence in Changi Airport and the Contractor's monthly safety meetings;
• Ensure that all work activities are conned within worksite and proper barrier, marker board and lights are present at all time to deter unauthorised movement of Contractor;
• Check and ensure that the Contractor and the Contractor’s Safety Team adhere to all the necessary safety requirements and procedures;
• Assist CAG to review Contractor’s safety policies and procedures regularly;

Requirement:

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience as a WSHC, of which at least three (3) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction work.
• Possess a WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent;
• Certification in “Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2)” or equivalent;
• Occupational First Aid;
• Preferably with airside experience for maintenance/ construction works; and
• Preferably Possess a valid Class 3 (preferably manual gear) Singapore state driving license.

Job Description:

1. Site Safety and Compliance: Supervise safe execution and maintain site safety records. Ensure works comply with safety regulations and review risk assessments. Represent CAG in safety and housekeeping matters. Conduct investigations and prepare safety reports.
2. Permit and Supervision: Oversee site excavation and hot works with approved permits. Ensure contractor compliance with safety requirements, including cleanliness and tidiness.
3. Safety Inspections and Meetings: Inspect worksite for safety compliance and attend safety meetings. Ensure worksite boundaries are maintained and unauthorized access is prevented.
4. Airside Specific Duties: Ensure compliance with Airside Works Procedures and AOS Requirements. Conduct safety inspections, including checking for Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and wildlife attraction.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of relevant WSHC experience, including 3 years in major construction supervision.

· Must hold relevant certifications WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B, BCSSC, and Occupational First Aid.

· Preferably have airside experience and a valid Singapore driving license.

• Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Saturday - 8.30am to 1.00pm
• Sundays and Public Holidays – Off
