Key Responsibilities

● Administer nebulizations accurately, monitoring response and adjusting treatment as necessary to optimize respiratory outcomes.

● Conduct finger prick blood tests, including bilirubin measurement, utilizing meticulous technique to obtain reliable results while minimizing discomfort for the child.

● Perform swab tests such as Antigen Rapid Tests (ART) and influenza rapid tests with attention to detail and adherence to established protocols for accurate diagnosis.

● Facilitate blood collection procedures and provide assistance with urine sample collections, demonstrating expertise in specimen handling and ensuring patient privacy and dignity.

● Execute simple dressing changes with precision and attention to infection control protocols, promoting optimal wound healing and patient comfort.

● Engage in administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, communication with parents/guardians, and documentation, ensuring seamless coordination of care and effective communication within the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Requirements

● Possess valid practicing license with the Singapore Nursing Board.

● Possess relevant paedatric nursing experience with strong clinical skills, including proficiency in pediatric assessments, medication administration, wound care, and pediatric-specific procedures.
