• Liaise and work closely with MOM and other government agencies for the issuance and renewal of work and employment passes for foreign employees in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely tracking of all work pass requirements and employment contracts.
• Assist to coordinate and manage all internal and external training activities with the respective parties involved.
• Assist to conduct exit interviews, collate and generate reports for trend analysis.
• Assist with the handling of employee grievances, counsel and resolve disputes, encouraging restoration where possible.
• Assist in planning and organizing recreational, motivational, and team-building activities.
• Ensure all employee master records, both soft and hard copies, are updated, maintained, and filed accurately.
• Provides support for HRIS entries where required.
• Adopt an “open-door” policy to encourage employees to provide feedback in an appropriate and professional manner.
• Build a good interpersonal and working relationship with fellow employees and management, maintaining a good and healthy environment.
• Provide assistance and administrative support to any other projects and duties as assigned.

What does it take to be an Human Resource Executive

• Diploma or Degree in related discipline preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience
• Strong knowledge of local Employment Act and a good understanding of HR policies and practices.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
• High degree of professionalism and ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
• Keep abreast of latest manpower policy updates and/or revisions.
• Knowledge of Times Software will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and to meet deadlines.

Your Role:

• Unit Dose Repackaging & Barcoding: Operate the Unit Dose Packaging System to repackage medications into barcoded unit doses.
• Quality Control & Audits: Perform QC checks on repackaged drugs and conduct storage audits across patient care areas.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory within Barcode Pharmacy & Automated Dispensing Cabinets, ensuring medication safety and compliance.
• Operational Support: Oversee automated dispensing processes, conduct system checks, and ensure pharmacy equipment and workplace cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Local Polytechnic Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science OR WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support (Pharmacy Support)
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 7 kg and stand/squat for extended periods
• Work Environment: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility: Willing to work on alternate Saturdays and occasional extended hours
