• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials and hair removal treatment and other beauty services for customers
• Create a safe space for your clients to disclose their skin concerns, taking note of their individual needs, routines, and goals
• Ensure each client receives an extraordinary skincare treatment for their individual needs and goals.
• Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, deep product/protocol knowledge and honest advice
• Educate clients on both the protocol being administered as well as their own unique skincare concerns and questions by modeling our innovative philosophy
• Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintaining client records, inventory and operating supplies

Requirements

• Willing to learn, genuinely passionate about skincare & beauty and making others happy and beautiful, self-motivated, and able to work in an international, fast-paced environment
• Must be highly professional and very detail oriented. The person(s) we are seeking must have an interest in the health and wellness field.
• At least 2 years of experience at a beauty salon/spa with a proven track record of excellence in esthetics
• Strong understanding of salon standards, policies, and procedures
• International beauty qualifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC are welcome
• Most importantly, we are seeking someone who is a great team player with excellent client service skill
