• To assist Safety Manager on all safety, health, environmental, and welfare matters, to ensure the Project complies with its statutory obligations, safety requirements, and aerodrome safety standards.
• To be responsible for health, safety, and environmental control, and to assist Safety Manager to ensure that all works adhere to the procedures and instructions.
• To assist Safety Manager in liaising and co-ordinate with stakeholders, authorities and agencies and other Consultants employed by Developer.
• To put up daily situation reports.
• Ensure risk assessment and safe working procedures are correctly executed on-site.
• To conduct daily health, safety, and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Project Safety Team / Contractors for closure.
• To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
• Wear appropriate personal protective clothing/equipment and observe all safety requirements/procedures.
• To implement and monitor appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and Safety Management System.
• To highlight areas where training/certification is required to meet the standards imposed by Legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, or H.S.E. guidance

Requirements

• At least 03 years of Project relevant experience in the construction industry preferably 2 years with the developer/main contractor.
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.
• Has developed a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts for the holding company and 2 Singapore subsidiaries
• Job scope covers accounting-related functions, including but not limited to perform daily finance operations including invoice processing, interco billing, AP payment and staff claims processing
• Cash flow management
• Banks and Inter-company reconciliations
• Closing of accounts
• Reporting of monthly financial accounts and consolidated reports
• Prepare quarterly SGX reporting including tax computation and quarterly GST submission.
• Undertake any other assignment which the management may request from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification e.g. ACCA
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in listed company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Hands-on experience in Xero accounting system will be an added advantage
• Organise, ability to work under tight timeline and effectively as a team member

• Responsible in the administrative duties such as assisting in the reception & registration of patients, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling
• Dispensing of medicines in the clinic,
• Assist Doctors, Radiographers & Nurses on areas such as clinical matters, dressings, investigations & laboratory tests, surgery, procedures, health/medical screenings & examinations etc,
• Responsible for following up with patients and their family for long-term yearly reviews.
• Responsible for building good rapport and relationship with patients and their family.
• Responsible in sterilizing the equipment,
• Responsible for stocktaking of drugs at the clinic.
• Responsible for keeping track of medicine administered for patients undergoing IVF.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in nursing
• Min 2 years of nurisng experience

Salary range: $3K to $4.7K
