To perform all general and specialized angiographic procedure (Cardiology and Vascular) and additional modalities including Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) imaging. To ensure quality with due regard to patient care, clinical responsibility, radiation protection and effective use of technology.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(A) OPERATIONS AND CLINICAL (80%)

1. Be clinically and technically competent in performing angiographic (Cardiac and Vascular) and additional modalities including SPECT scan where necessary.
2. Perform and assisting to cardiologist and vascular interventionist all angiographic examinations on patients with clinically accepted standards described in the SOP; with due regards to radiation safety, patient care and clinical requirement.
3. Participate in the maintenance of a round-the-clock angiography service by rotating for emergency stand by on call.
4. Being on-call for relief staff for emergency case for both cardiac case and vascular case by roster.
5. Ensure good working condition of the angiography machines and other machines within the cneter including ultrasound and SPECT machine by performing regular quality assurance checks and control, notifying vendors and senior staff of equipment problems.
6. Observe all radiation safety protection rules with regard to patients, staff and the public.
7. Responsible for the good housekeeping and inventory of his/her workstation.
8. Ensure maintenance of proper records of cases done consistent with good angiography practice.
9. May perform more advanced angiographic and SPECT imaging with relevant experience and training.
10. Provide guidance for quality control, practical teaching of students and juniors in patient care and clinical areas of angiography.

(B) GENERAL (20%)

1. Assist in patient management such as preparing, explaining, appointments, statistics, and sending the necessary angiographic image in the system.
2. Supervise junior staff working with him/her.
3. Assists in data collection.
4. Any other duties assigned by supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

1. Recognised Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
2. Competent in angiography/nuclear medicine and conversant in angiographic/MIBI scan processing, quality control and troubleshooting of angio and nuclear medicine equipment.

(B) PROFESSIONAL LICENCE

1. Radiation Licences under Radiation Protection Act (Chapter 262)

Job Description:

The types of services include new code development, maintenance of current PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) systems & attendance to helpdesk, ticket assistance and troubleshooting. The professional services include analyzing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) systems for the campus community.

Required Experiance and skills:

• At least 2-4 years of application development experience in PeopleSoft and Peopletools Programming;
• Hands-on experience on most of the essential tools such as SQR, query, Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, crystal report, nVsion, Cobol, Fluid Interface;
• Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Financials or Human Capital Management and Learning Management would be an added advantage;

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the engagement teams in the areas of audit planning, data analysis, conducting interviews or document control designs for the process in-scope;
• Perform audit testing in accordance with audit work program and report drafting;

• Participate in internal meetings to share recommendations or improvement opportunities, taking notes and minutes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in internal/external audit of an international accounting firm. Experience in commercial in-house internal audit department will be an added advantage.
• Experience in SOX will be an added advantage.

The podiatrist assistant is an integral part of the podiatry unit and perform various basic podiatry care and podiatry treatment I procedures in order to meet the needs of patients under supervision. These include diabetic foot screening, basic foot

care, community outreach and assisting the podiatrists in their roles and responsibilities.

As a Podiatrist Assistant, job scope will perform clinical care and direct patient management under the supervision of the podiatrists.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

A. Clinical Competencies & duties

• In podiatry services, the Podiatrist Assistant will function alongside podiatrists t provide services to the patients. The Podiatrist Assistant can perform certain procedures under supervision.
• Assists podiatrists in day-to-day operations, in patients, outpatients and in the community
• Assists podiatrists in clinic operations, manufacture, and modification of products for dispensation to patients
• Assist podiatrists in nail surgery procedures in outpatients
• Assist in transfer of patients to treatment couch and escorting patients in and out of treatment room.

B. Administrative duties:

• Assist podiatrists in patient appointment scheduling and re-scheduling.
• Maintain and ensure general tidiness and cleanliness of all treatment rooms and plaster rooms, as well as all equipment and devices.
• Manage enquiries from public and internal staff.
• Engage in relevant continuing education and training on regular basis to maintain his / her competency.
• Participate in corporate activities and events.
• Adhere to all policies of the department in upholding quality service in patient care.
• Participate in departmental process and quality improvement efforts (E.g. kaizen projects, 5S etc)
• Support podiatrists in specific department al portfolios (E.g.: equipment and instrument management, continuing education, 5S champion, Kaizen champions, JCl compliance etc).
• Work as an effective team player within the department and also outside the department.
• Embrace continuous improvements as our way of life by improving and refining work performance on a daily basis.
• Assist HOD in administrative duties when assigned.
• Undertake all duties when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum GCE 'N', '0' Levels, ITE or equivalent and I or
• Skills in word processing software (E. g. : Microsoft word)
• Related on the job-training by the hospital

PROFESSIONAL LICENCE

• Lifting of patients
• Exposure to infectious diseases
• Risk of pricks from needles and cuts from sharps
