Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements related to contract accounts receivable and payable and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice on standard SAP FICA functionalities and best practices.
• Design and configure SAP FICA processes including master data management, account determination, payment processing, dunning and collections, Open item management & clearing control, correspondence, Withholding tax, FICA integration with FICO , SD and CI .
• Analyze the different FQevents to identify how those enhancement points can be used to achieve requirements that are not available in the standard functionality whenever required.
• Conduct system testing, create test scenarios, and support end-to-end testing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of SAP FICA functionalities.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to educate end-users on SAP FICA processes and functionalities.
• Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operation of FICA processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICA with other SAP modules or third-party applications.
• Stay up to date with SAP FICA best practices, industry trends, and advancements in SAP technology to propose and implement innovative solutions.
• Participate in project planning and estimation and contribute to the overall success of SAP implementation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP are highly desirable.
• Proven experience as an SAP FICA Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICA processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FICA functionalities, including configuration, integration, and customization options.
• A good understanding of financial accounting and general ledger accounting principles and processes.
• Experience in conducting business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Ability to design and configure SAP FICA solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues to propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in banking integration, Host to Host connections with banks, understanding of BCM and APM & basic understanding of Convergent invoicing and FICO is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales execution
• Retail inventory - Manage & control and ensure products are adequately stocked to avoid understock/overstocked situation
• Product expertise and customer support - In-depth knowledge of perishable items, provide support, address inquiries and resolve issues, etc.
• Provide regular sales report to management, analyse sales and inventory data for growth opportunities
• Gather market intelligence, industry trends and provide feedback to the procurement team etc

REQUIREMENTS:
